All prices stated are shown in GBP (pounds sterling, £). All prices include VAT, currently charged at 20%.
Online payment only is accepted.
Payment is accepted using all major credit/debit cards and is processed via a secure server, encrypted using 128bit SSL Certificates.
This means all of your personal information is encrypted.
The card processing systems adhere to the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI - DSS) and the payment platform network servers are housed in a secure, constantly monitored facility.
No employees of The Ducks Doodahs or the payment platform, have access to cardholder data nor are they able to decrypt any information sent in your transaction.
We would only be able to obtain such information in exceptional circumstances, for example, a Police investigation regarding instances of fraud.

Out of Stock Items
You will be advised if an item is no longer in stock so that you may decide whether to have a refund or back order.

These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights but these terms and conditions may be amended at any time, without notice.
These terms and conditions and transactions undertaken via this website are governed by English Law, subject to the English legal process, under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
Pre-Orders are accepted for items that are due in with our suppliers and are accepted subject to availability with the supplier. Should the items not be available, a refund will be made for the unavailable items in your order. These orders may take longer than usual to be dispatched but should the estimated dispatch time exceed 7 days, an email will be sent to the customer to keep them informed of progress.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, unless an item is out of stock, using Royal Mail but would ask that you allow up to 10 days for delivery in accordance with Royal Mail guidelines.

Orders up to £19.99 will be charged postage at £2.95 with FREE POSTAGE ON ORDERS OF £20.00 AND ABOVE.
The EU Distance Selling Directive protects your right to return goods.
Hopefully, you will be happy with your crafty purchases but if there is an issue, please do not hesitate to get in touch so that the problem can be resolved.
You may cancel your order and return the goods within 7 days for a full refund as long as the products are unused, unopened in their original packaging and undamaged. If the reason for return is anything other than faulty goods, return postage will be at your own expense and any original postage costs will not be refunded. Please ensure you enclose your name, address and order number details.
If you receive a faulty product, please return it for replacement or refund. The cost of the return postage will be refunded to you. Please ensure you enclose your name, address and order number details.
You are responsible for the risk of damage or loss when returning goods so you may wish to purchase your own postal insurance to cover the value of the goods.
This returns/cancellation policy does not affect your rights when the goods are faulty.
If any damage has occurred whilst in transit, please get in touch within 2 days so that the issue can be pursued with Royal Mail.
